Forage Byron Bay foraging workshop

Like the idea of foraging for your own food? 

Come and learn the basics of identifying edible Native Australian plants and edible 'weeds' that grow on the North Coast of NSW.

After a foraging walk around the property where I will teach you to identify some common edible weeds and Native Australian plants, we will taste test some wild edibles and discuss uses and preserving techniques to get the most from our wild food.

Classes are located in Myocum, a 15 minute drive from Byron Bay.

Once you have made your booking, you will be emailed a confirmation with address.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, including walking shoes and hat/sunscreen as we will be outside for a couple of hours. Please bring a camera or note book, and a water bottle.
